Syracuse, N.Y. — A man was injured in a fight that broke out Saturday night in the food court of the Destiny USA mall in Syracuse.
Syracuse police, firefighters and AMR ambulance responded to a call for a stabbing at the mall at 8:37 p.m., according to the Onondaga County 911 Center.
Several men were fighting in the food court and a man in his 20s received a minor injury, possibly with a knife, said Lt. Matthew Malinowski, a spokesperson for the Syracuse Police Department. The man was taken to a hospital, he said.
The other men fled the mall and no arrests were made, Malinowski said. The mall was not locked down or evacuated.
