The Onondaga County Clerk’s office registered 125 home sales during the week of December 11 through 15.
The most expensive home sold was 1,992 square foot home on Lakeview Circle in the village of Skaneateles that sits on a little more than a quarter acre. The home has three bedrooms, two and a half baths and 978-square-foot of space in its finished basement. According to the listing, it has “230 feet of shared level lake frontage with sandy beach area.” The sale price was listed at exactly $1.5 million according to Onondaga County real estate records.
