Syracuse, N.Y. — A Syracuse teen gunned down near Lower Onondaga Park was led to a backyard before at least two guns were fired at him, killing him, police said in a criminal complaint.

Police have charged 17-year-old Ny’Zhon Thomas with the murder of Karon Works, 15, Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick said Friday.
