There are plenty of new things to try at the 2023 New York State Fair, from dinosaurs to the Asian Village to new food and drinks. We’re talking about things new to the fair, not new in general.
Here’s a look at some of the items you’ll find for the first time (or for the first time in a long time) at the fair. Some can be found at stands making their debut this year, but other items are new offerings from longtime vendors.
