Syracuse, N.Y. — A 77-year-old man died Monday night after a vehicle struck him near Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse and fled the scene, police said.
Officers responded around 10:31 p.m. at East Adams and Almond streets for the accident, said Lt. Matthew Malinowski, a Syracuse police spokesperson.
