The Onondaga County Clerk’s office registered 115 home sales during the week of November 27 through December 1.
The most expensive home sold was a 6-bedroom, 4-full and 2-half bath colonial on 6.71 acres in the Town of Lysander that sold for $847,500 according to Onondaga County real estate records. (See photos of the home)
The average price of a home in Onondaga County this week was $226,248.
