Salina, NY — An apartment complex with 300 units is being proposed off Route 57 (Oswego Road) in the town of Salina.
The 30-plus acre site is now used as a kickball field. It’s near the Liverpool bypass, across the street from the Fastrac, at 7192 Oswego Road.
