Syracuse, N.Y. -- After some spots of Upstate New York saw several inches of rain over the past 24 hours, a blast of cold air is going to bring some lake effect snow tonight.

Snow totals will be low -- an inch or two in most spots. The hills of Cattaraugus and Erie counties could see a narrow band of 6 inches or more as air blows across Lake Erie.
