Syracuse, N.Y. — The baby of a pregnant woman shot in the head near the Syracuse Rescue Mission on Friday has been delivered and is in stable condition, a prosecutor said Monday.
Prosecutors said the woman is not expected to survive. In a criminal complaint filed in court, police wrote that doctors at Upstate University Hospital called the injury “non-survivable.
