Syracuse, N.Y. — A Baldwinsville man was arrested last week after a monthslong graffiti spree in downtown Syracuse, police said.

Colin Kolodziejczyk, 24, was charged with two felonies and more than a dozen misdemeanors, including criminal mischief, making graffiti and possessing graffiti instruments.
