Baldwinsville, N.Y. -- A major water pipe broke in Baldwinsville Saturday morning, affecting most of the village, Mayor Bruce Stebbins said.

Around 10:28 a.m., the Village of Baldwinsville Facebook page reported the village’s water department was a aware of a major water break and was working to address it.
