For Sio, 38, of Westvale, that has meant becoming fluent in downtown revitalization, high-speed rail, regional partnerships, young leaders, workforce development, semiconductors, housing, equity and inclusion, and many more topics over his 17 years at the organization. He is responsible for strategizing for the future of economic development organization and overseeing policy development and government affairs.
