Syracuse, N.Y. — An Onondaga County Family Court lawyer has been accused of threatening to shoot a judge, which led authorities to seize three guns from her home.

Beth Lockhart was leaving the criminal courthouse at 401 Montgomery St. at 10:45 a.m. Dec 1. when she told two other lawyers “If I could put a bullet in her (Onondaga County Family Court Judge Julie Cerio) head I would,” according to a court document filed in Oswego County Supreme Court.
