City of Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh announced the appointment of Brianca Hill to director of business development in the department of neighborhood and business development. In this role, Hill will be responsible for promoting business development through the attraction of new business and the retention and expansion of local business throughout the city of Syracuse.
