OCWA, Central New York’s Water Authority, announced three senior leadership changes for 2024.
Andrew Weiss has been named director of technical services and will oversee the information technology department, in addition to continuing his senior leadership of OCWA’s engineering department.

Megan Thomas has been named general counsel and director of external engagement. In addition to her legal duties, Thomas will oversee the business office, meter reading, and meter repair.
Tiffany Latino-Gerlock will add public education to her current responsibilities as OCWA’s director of communications and government affairs.
OCWA was established by act of the New York State Legislature in 1951 and currently serves 500,000 residents in Onondaga, Oswego, Madison, Cayuga, and Oneida counties. The Authority is among the 125 largest public drinking water systems in the country, operating two major water treatment facilities, more than 2,150 miles of main, more than 13,300 fire hydrants, 61 storage facilities, and 47 pump stations.
