Starting next week, the stretch of Interstate 81 north between the on ramp from Colvin Street and Exit 18 (Adams Street and Harrison Street) in Syracuse will be reduced to one lane for construction, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.
The lane will be closed from Monday, Dec. 18 to Thursday, Dec. 21 for bridge maintenance.
