Geddes, N.Y. — The second to last day of the New York State Fair has drawn in the largest crowd this year with over 95,000 people Sunday.
Sunday’s total of 95,591 brings overall attendance this year to 860,170. In 2022 fair attendance for all 13 days hit a total of 878,110.
The final musical performance for the 2023 Fair will be put on by Skid Row at 6 p.m. on the Suburban Park stage. The Hairball concert scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday has been canceled. Skid Row will play oldies and new music from their latest album “The Gang’s All Here.”
If you’re at the Fair on a hot day, don’t forget to drink plenty of water and find places to cool off. Many fair buildings are air-conditioned, and the Indian Village and the State Park at the Fair offer abundant shade trees.

Labor Day is the last day for the Fair. The midway is open today from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
