Syracuse, N.Y. — Destiny USA is making plans to sell the 209-room Embassy Suites hotel built near the huge shopping mall in 2017.
Destiny USA Real Estate LLC, an offshoot of mall developer and operator Pyramid Management Group, is “contemplating” a proposed sale of the seven-story hotel, the company told the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency in a letter from attorney Robert Smith on Dec. 1.
