Syracuse, N.Y. – A Central New York man pleaded guilty Thursday to driving into a coworker in Clay, killing her after she had refused to get in his car because she believed he was drunk.

Joshua Schiano, 23, of Clay, pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide in exchange for a sentence of a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 12 years in state prison based on an offer from Judge Gordon Cuffy.
