Four Clay women arrested for fentanyl possession, deputies say

Clay, N.Y. — Four Clay women were arrested for fentanyl possession after a year of multiple 911 calls about their street, deputies said Friday.

Tricia Elmer, 53, and Kara Fortino, 48, were charged Dec. 20 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia, said Tom Newton, a spokesperson for the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.

Jordanne Wood, 40 and Casandra Remillard, 34, were both charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, Newton said.
