Listings of homes for sale increased in more ZIP codes in Central New York during the third quarter, according to new data from Redfin, a national real estate brokerage.

Among 93 ZIP codes in Central New York with at least 10 new listings during the third quarter of 2023, new listings increased in 46 of them, when compared with the same quarter in 2022. That’s a big improvement from the second quarter of 2023, when listings increased in 27 CNY ZIP codes.
