The Air Force Falcons and James Madison Dukes will clash at the 2023 Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas on Saturday, December 23 (12/23/2023) at 3:30 p.m. ET.

James Madison is an FCS Team that has had an incredible season so far, going 11-1 overall and 7-1 in the SBC East. The Dukes are transitioning from the FCS, and became bowl eligible because there weren’t enough six-win teams this season. In their last game, the Dukes beat Coastal Carolina 56-14, with Jordan McCloud throwing for 324 yards and five touchdowns.
Despite a strong 8-0 start to the season, Air Force collapsed in the final stretch, losing its last four games in a row culminating in a 27-19 loss to Boise State. But the run-happy Air Force still boasts the second highest rushing yards per game, at 275.8, and is 10th nationally in rushing defense. They have four players who have rushed at least 431 yards a piece this season.
This will mark the first meeting between these teams, and the seventh Air Force appearance at the Armed Forces Bowl — the most for any team. Here’s how to watch the game.
