Syracuse kids and parents can snag a free bicycle Saturday at Jan Maloff’s 28th annual bicycle giveaway.
The giveaway starts at 10 a.m. at PSLA at Fowler High School, 227 Magnolia St. Maloff and his team of 20 volunteers have collected and repaired over 1,500 bikes this year for the giveaway.
