Syracuse, N.Y. — Two people were arrested Friday after a stolen vehicle being chased by police crashed on Interstate 81 in Syracuse, police said.
Police spotted a stolen Toyota around 4:34 p.m. on the South Side of Syracuse, said Lt. Matthew Malinowski, a Syracuse police spokesperson.
