A state Supreme Court judge has dismissed a lawsuit aimed at stopping the Onondaga County Conservative Party from expelling Tom Dadey from a party leadership post.

Judge Joseph Lamendola had issued a temporary restraining order against the Conservative Party in August at Dadey’s request.
