Syracuse, N.Y. — A judge Wednesday gave the owner of a long-time strip club and Syracuse officials a month to meet to try to come to a compromise over the city’s order closing the club.

Onondaga County Supreme Court Justice Robert Antonacci II said during a short hearing Wednesday morning that he was trying to give The Alpine Bar and Gentlemen’s Club an opportunity to reach a plan to remain open.
