Syracuse, N.Y. – Troy Green, a former owner of the troubled Skyline and Vincent apartment complexes in Syracuse, faces 30 days in jail if he does not pay a $152,000 court judgment issued this week for failing to fix up those properties and two others.

State Supreme Court Justice Gregory Gilbert ordered Green to pay by September 11 to avoid serving 30 days for contempt of court. Gilbert also banned Green forever from owning or managing affordable housing in New York state.
