Kansas wrapped its regular season with 49-16 blowout over Cincinnati to reach 8-4 overall and 5-4 in the Big 12. But their most notable win of the season was a 38-33 upset of Oklahoma, which was ranked No. 6 at the time, during which the Jayhawks also clinched their bowl eligibility for the season.
UNLV (6-6) will be trying to end positive after losing its last two games of the season, including a 44-20 loss to Boise State in their final outing. The Rebels will hope for strong performances from top players like kicker Jose Pizano, who set school records with six field goals in a game and 127 points, and freshman QB Jayden Maiava, who ranks fourth in the Mountain West.
Kansas won 46-24 when these teams last met in 2003, and are tied at 1-1. Here’s how to watch the game.
