The UCLA Bruins face the Boise State Broncos at the 2023 Starco Brands LA Bowl hosted by Gronk at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California on Saturday, December 16 (12/16/2023) at 7:30 p.m. ET.

UCLA (7-5) is hoping to right a difficult end to the season, which saw the Bruins lose three of their last four games, including 33-7 loss to Cal on November 25. Boise State (8-5) beat UNLV 44-20 to claim the 2023 Mountain West Championship, and is riding a four-game winning streak into the LA Bowl.
Running back Ashton Jeanty leads to offense for the Broncos with 1,113 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns, but he’ll be up against a challenging Bruins defense that led the nation with less than 70 rushing yards allowed per game. UCLA’s Laiatu Latu is tied at fourth, nationally, with 13 sacks for the season.
The last time these teams met was in 1999, when UCLA won 38-7. It will be the 21st consecutive bowl appearance for Boise State as an FBS program, but the first at the LA Bowl for both teams. UCLA will be making its 38th bowl appearance overall.
