Syracuse, N.Y. -- Upstate New York is likely to get some more lake effect snow today as a winter storm winds down.

While most of Upstate gets an inch or so, there could be pockets of lake effect snow that, combined with strong winds, could make driving hazardous today, the National Weather Service said.
