Syracuse, N.Y. — A 176-unit subsidized housing project in Syracuse is slated for a major rehabilitation that will provide tenants with new bathrooms, kitchens and flooring.

McCarthy Manor Housing L.P. detailed its plans in an application this week to the Syracuse Industrial Development Agency for tax-exempt bonds to help finance the $40.7 million acquisition and renovation of McCarthy Manor Apartments at 501 S. Crouse Ave.
