Update as of 10:50: A 22-year-old man was shot in the leg, said Lt. Matthew Malinowski, a spokesperson for the Syracuse Police Department. The man is expected to survive, Malinowski said.
Syracuse, N.Y. — A man was reportedly shot Wednesday morning in the basement of The Huntley apartments in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse, dispatchers said.
