Lacona, N.Y. -- A man who robbed a bank in Oswego County and ran away Wednesday is now in police custody, troopers said.

Around 11 a.m., Wednesday, Trevor P. Spooner, 26, of Sandy Creek, was found a few hours after he stole money from the Pathfinder Bank on Harwood Drive in Lacona, according to Trooper Jack Keller, a state police spokesperson. The village is just off Interstate 81 about 40 minutes north of Syracuse.
