Chapel Hill, N.C. — Syracuse played a game in the Dean Dome on Saturday against the nation’s No. 7 team on Roy Williams Court. North Carolina was 6-0 on that court this season. The Tar Heels are the highest-ranked team in the ACC. They have not lost since a neutral-court game against Kentucky on Dec. 16.
Syracuse had won six of its previous seven games but had not won in the Dean Dome in six attempts.
