Syracuse, N.Y. -- The state Attorney General’s Office is launching an investigation into a Syracuse man’s death after a city police officer’s patrol car hit him as he was riding an electric bike early Monday.

On Tuesday, Letitia James announced the Office of Special Investigations will investigate the Liberty Street crash that killed Qian Adams, 25.
