Syracuse, N.Y. — An Oswego County man pleaded guilty this week to having child pornography while already on probation for sexually abusing a child, prosecutors said.

Tyler Ager, 30, pleaded guilty after it was found he uploaded child pornography to a website, prosecutors for the Northern District of New York said.

Ager was on probation from a previous child sex abuse conviction, prosecutors said. During the abuse he forced a child to touch him inappropriately, prosecutors said.
