Salina, NY - Plans to turn the former Ramada by Wyndham in Salina into luxury senior apartments have fallen through, according to Nick Paro, Salina town supervisor.
“It was kind of a surprise,” Paro said. “I’m not really sure what happened. I haven’t been given clear answers.”
