Syracuse, N.Y. — Average home sale prices are up at least $30,000 in four Onondaga County towns when compared with this point in 2022, according to new data.

The towns are Camillus, Fabius, Onondaga and Pompey. The increases range from $31,200 in Fabius to $41,300 in Pompey, according to data from Central New York Information Service Inc., an arm of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors.
