Syracuse, N.Y. — Average home sales prices are up 10% or more in five Onondaga County towns when compared with this point in 2022, according to new data.

The increases in average prices range from a high of 14% in Camillus to a low 10% in Pompey, according to data from Central New York Information Service Inc., an arm of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors. The other towns on the list are Fabius, Lysander and Onondaga.
