Victor, N.Y. — A Finger Lakes man who is a registered sex offender was arrested Thursday after he was found following a family with young girls in a Victor Walmart, sheriff’s deputies said.
The same man once was sentenced to state prison for exposing himself to school girls in Auburn and Marcellus and masturbating, according to syracuse.com | The Post-Standard archives. He had also tried to get into Auburn High School.
