The Onondaga County Clerk’s office registered home sales during the week of Jan. 7 to 13.
The most expensive home on the list was 1,224-square-foot, 3 bedroom, two-bath home that was listed for sale “as is.” The .41 acre property is on Skaneateles Lake and comes with docks and a shed.
The asking price on the property was $695,000, but the buyers paid $855,000, which is still less than its current full market value, according to Onondaga County real estate records.
