Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse University plans to convert a luxury high-rise apartment building it owns near campus into a dorm for second-year students.

The change at 727 S. Crouse Ave., formerly known as The Marshall, continues SU’s effort to create more student housing units on or near its main campus, in part by relocating them from the South Campus area.
