The Fran Brown effect: Syracuse’s NIL collective sees uptick in donations: Syracuse University athletics posted its first interview with new head football coach Fran Brown Sunday night on its website and social media channels. In a span of less than two hours, from 10:30 p.m until midnight, Syracuse’s name, image and likeness collective, Orange United, signed up 33 new monthly subscribers. On Monday, the day of Brown’s introductory press conference, 125 new subscribers followed. Here’s how the donations break down.
