A Syracuse man was indicted again and charged with acting as the getaway driver in a 2021 murder. Months ago, a judge had dismissed the charge.

Joheem German, 30, was charged again with second-degree murder for acting as the getaway driver when Ronmaine Fontaine, 32, was shot behind Laialina’s Tavern on Syracuse’s West Side on Dec. 11, 2021.
