Syracuse, N.Y. — A dispute between Syracuse neighbors over a parking spot turned violent when one man shot the other man twice, police said.
Alexis Claudio, 36, shot his neighbor around 12:15 a.m. Dec. 29 at 611 2nd North St., police said in a criminal complaint filed in Syracuse City Court.
