Syracuse, N.Y. -- Police are investigating a shooting at a Citgo Gas Station reported on Sunday night in Syracuse.

At about 8:26 p.m., police responded to the gas station at 4220 S. Salina St. to investigate a report of a shooting, according to police spokesman Lt. Malinowski. Police found several casings at the scene.

Shortly after the shooting, a 29-year-old man arrived at Upstate University Hospital with several gunshot wounds. He’s expected to live, according to Syracuse police.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Syracuse Police Department Criminal Investigations Division at 315-442-5222.
