Syracuse, N.Y. — A 17-year-old boy has been charged with the fatal shooting of Karon Works, 15, who was found near Lower Onondaga Park Dec. 12.
The 17-year-old was arraigned on second-degree murder and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon charges, police said. He is being held at the Hillbrook Juvenile Detention Center.
