Syracuse, N.Y. — As far as her family knew, Isabel DeJesus’ relationship with her boyfriend seemed fine.
The Syracuse woman met Jose Miranda-Ramos about a year ago when she needed a haircut. A neighbor recommended Miranda-Ramos, a barber who lived close to her home on Tully Street.
