Lysander, N.Y. — Three men stole cars from a Lysander auto dealer last month, led troopers on a chase and crashed, troopers said today.

One man was on parole and wearing a GPS tracking ankle bracelet when he burglarized the shop, troopers said. He also drove one of the stolen vehicles to his parole hearing they said.

In the early hours of Nov. 14, the men, all from Rochester, arrived at Phelps Automotive, 9328 Oswego Road, in a Jeep Cherokee stolen from Macedon, troopers said. They tried doors around the property and managed to get in, they said.
