Syracuse, N.Y. — Two Onondaga County businesses were among those with the biggest tax debts in New York as of November, according to state Tax Department records.

J and J Catering Group LLC, the parent company of the former Flat Iron Grill on Buckley Road in Liverpool, has tax warrants on file totaling over $354,000. That ranked 196th in the state as of November.
